To resolve this issue, add the port number of your proxy to the machine’s assigned policy under Web Reputation > Advanced tab > Ports section so that it can also be monitored for harmful web requests.

  1. From the Trend Cloud One™ Endpoint and Workload Security or Trend Vision One™ Server & Workload Protection console, create a port list to add the port of your proxy, including the default ports (80, 8080, 443). You may follow the Online Help article, Create a list of ports for use in policies.

  2. Inside Web Reputation, set the Ports section to the list created in Step 1:

Once done and the policy has been updated, the Web Reputation should work in filtering URLs.
