To resolve this issue, add the port number of your proxy to the machine’s assigned policy under Web Reputation > Advanced tab > Ports section so that it can also be monitored for harmful web requests.
- From the Trend Cloud One™ Endpoint and Workload Security or Trend Vision One™ Server & Workload Protection console, create a port list to add the port of your proxy, including the default ports (80, 8080, 443). You may follow the Online Help article, Create a list of ports for use in policies.
For Trend Vision One Server & Workload Protection, refer to the article for Trend Vision One, Create a list of ports for use in policies.
- Inside Web Reputation, set the Ports section to the list created in Step 1:
- For Cloud One Workload Security refer to the article, Configure Web Reputation: Edit advanced settings.
- For Trend Vision One Server & Workload Protection refer to the article, Web Reputation advanced settings.
Once done and the policy has been updated, the Web Reputation should work in filtering URLs.
The following is a working sample.
