Not all products are available for online renewal. Here is the list of products currently available for renewal:
- Worry-Free Advanced
- Worry-Free Standard
- Worry-Free Services
- Worry-Free Services Advanced
For licenses that are about to expire, a “Renew Now” option will be shown on Worry-Free Services web console under Dashboard > License Status which also redirects to the Trend Micro Online Renewal Portal.

Steps
- Go to Trend Micro Online Renewal Portal: https://orp.trendmicro.com/EMEAOrp?
- Provide the Activation Code of your Worry-Free License (WF-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) and click Submit.
- Select the following options:
- In the Renew Online panel, select the following Term (months) to Extend the current License expiration date:
- 12 months
- 24 months
- 36 months

- Select the number of seats to be renewed (from 2 seats to the maximum number license seats)

- Select Continue to proceed.

- In the Renew Online panel, select the following Term (months) to Extend the current License expiration date:
- 12 months
- 24 months
- 36 months

- To add seats, select buy more seats?

- Click the dropdown menu next to “Additional Seats” and choose the desired number of seats to add.'

- Click Continue to proceed.

- In the Renew Online panel, select the following Term (months) to Extend the current License expiration date:
- Order Summary will be shown. Enter the Payment Information and click CONTINUE once done.

- The Confirm Payment page will be displayed. Review the details, then click PAY NOW to complete the purchase.
- Once the payment has been completed, the order details will be displayed along with the Order Number. A payment notification will be sent on the registered email address.

Steps

- Choose the Term (months) of the additional license seats to add:
- 12 months
- 24 months
- 36 months
- Select how many license seats needs to be added from 1-100 seats.

- Extend the current License expiration date and select the duration of the additional seats based on the selected Term (months) available:
- 12 months
- 24 months
- 36 months
- Select how many license seats needs to be added from 1-100 seats.

- Once done, click Proceed to Checkout.

- Order Summary will be shown. Enter the Payment Information and click CONTINUE once done.
