The following new features are now available in Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection/Cloud App Security:
- Extended query duration for user-reported emails
Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection and Cloud App Security now enable administrators to search and view emails reported by end users for up to 90 days, significantly extending the previous limits of 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. This enhanced retention period bolsters investigation capabilities, facilitating more comprehensive incident analysis and allowing security teams to respond more effectively to delayed or complex threats.
- New Conditions for Detection Signal Customization in Correlated Intelligence
Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection and Cloud App Security introduce two additional conditions for customizing detection signals related to anomalies in Correlated Intelligence. Administrators can now define anomalies based on specific URLs or URL domains present in emails. This enhancement allows for more precise anomaly detection, tailored to the unique characteristics of each customer's environment.
