Impact during maintenance period

New customers: Unable to create new product instances during the maintenance period

Existing customers: Unable to update/deploy endpoint policies or settings during the maintenance period

  • Downtime for each product instance is expected to be around 3 hours within the maintenance period.
  • All endpoints with Security Agent installed are still protected during the maintenance period.
 
Trend Vision One Endpoint component updates follow the ring deployment approach from the Batch 2 maintenance date and will be completed gradually as long as the endpoint is online.
