- Download Software
- Download the latest versions of PuTTY and PuTTYgen.
- Run PuTTYgen
- Launch PuTTYgen as an administrator.
- Generate SSH Key Pair
- Save the Generated Keys
- Copy the Public Key
- Notepad View
- Keep Keys Safe
- Access Service Gateway Terminal
- Login to the Service Gateway terminal using an admin account.
- Enter Privileged Mode
- Type the command
enableto switch to privileged mode.
- Type the command
- Add Public Key to Service Gateway
- Run the following command, replacing
put_long_key_in_the_middle_herewith your entire public key string: - Example:
configure verify cli support "put_long_key_in_the_middle_here" configure verify cli support

- Exit Service Gateway Terminal
- Type
exitto leave the session.
- Type
- Run PuTTY for SSH Login
- Launch PuTTY as administrator.
- Enter the Service Gateway IP address.
- Login with username:
sgowner(root user).
- Configure Private Key in PuTTY
- Open SSH Session
