This error may appear when attempting to open the Security Agent console; however, it does not affect any real-time protection or security functions of the product.

Maintenance Schedule

Trend Micro will release an out of band maintenance update to address this issue according to the following schedule:

  • Batch 1: February 4, 2026
  • Batch 2: February 11, 2026
  • Batch 3: February 25, 2026
 
Maintenance period will follow same time range as regular maintenance.

 

Customer Impact during Maintenance

  • Downtime is expected to be around 30 minutes.
  • Unable to update/deploy endpoint policies or settings during the maintenance period.
  • All endpoints with Security Agent installed are still protected during the maintenance period.
  • Security Agent restart: Yes
  • Security Agent OS reboot: Not required
