EXPLANATION ================

Frags incoming: the number of fragmented packets received by the IPS.
Frags kept: fragments kept that were reassembled into a complete packet
Frags passed thru: always zero.
Frags dropped (duplicate): duplicate fragments (dropped).
Frags dropped (other): fragments that are not reassembled (dropped).
Dgrams completed: the number of datagrams that are successfully reassembled from incoming fragments.
Dgrams dropped: the number of datagrams that are successfully reassembled but then thrown out for being invalid packets.
Dgrams frag overlap: the number of datagrams that are reassembled and have fragment overlap.
Dgrams outgoing: Datagrams successfully sent out of the IPS.
