- Log in to the SMS from a client.
- On the SMS Menu bar, navigate to Tools > Diagnostics. The SMS Diagnostic Toolkit (Log Utils) window opens.
- In the Diagnostic Toolkit (Log Utils) dialog box, select the Log Utils tab
- In the Log Utils tab, select the Create Logs Zip File… button
- In the resulting Save window, navigate to where you wish to save the diagnostic file.
- Attach the resulting ZIP file to your case.
