執行以下步驟產生日誌:

1. 至 Administration > Support。

2. 點選 Start。

   出現下載進度的畫面。

3. 當出現下載檔案的資訊時，點選 Save。
4. 指定儲存的路徑跟檔案名稱。
5. 點擊 Save 將日誌下載到電腦上。
