如果客戶需要從他們的電腦上移除 Trend Vision One，他們可以使用 Trend Vision One 提供的移除工具。該工具可以通過以下步驟從 Trend Vision One 控制台下載：

  1. 進入 Endpoint Security → Endpoint Inventory.
  2. 點擊 Agent Installer.
  3. 在 Agent Installer 畫面的底部點擊 download the uninstall tool
