使用萬用字元來過濾名稱為DHL_report_*.pdf的附件檔案：
- 點選 Policy > Policy List.
- 點選 Add > Other.
- 選擇 Recipients and Senders， 設定這條規則應用在 incoming messages。
- 選擇 Recipients 並輸入 "your Domain: *@<your_domain>"，並確認 Sender 欄位是選擇 "Anyone".
- 點選 Next 到 "Step 2: Select Scanning Conditions"。
- 在 Attachment section 區塊內，選擇 Name or extension。
- 勾選 Attachment name 並輸入要阻擋的附件檔案名稱，以範例來說，請輸入 "DHL_report_*.pdf"。
- 點選 Save。
您將不會收到，帶有與您設定相同的關鍵字附件。
