為了在伺服器中更新病毒碼，Worry Free 會在...\PCCSRV\WSS\Pattern 資料夾下會產生雲端病毒碼的暫存檔案 TBL_XX.dat 和 VINFO_XX.dat。

為了防止暫存檔案在 ..\PCCSRV\WSS\Pattern 資料夾累積，請參考以下步驟：

  1. 下載和解壓縮VBS腳本. 解壓縮密碼"trend"
  2. 在伺服器上新增定期執行該腳本，詳細操作內容請參閱Microsoft說明：工作排程 Schedule a task.
若問題依舊，請參考以下步驟：
  • 使用 WFBS磁碟清理工具
  • 刪除不必要的檔案。
    1. 停止 Trend Micro Security Server Master Service 服務
    2. 到 ...\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Web\Service\AU_Data
    3. 保留下列資料夾，但將資料夾內的所有檔案刪除:
      • AU_Cache
      • AU_Log
      • AU_Storage
      • AU_Temp
    4. 到 ...\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV
    5. 刪除lpt$vpn.xxx 和 icrc$oth.xxx(xxx為版本)的所有檔案
    6. 到 ...\PCCSRV\wss\patterns，請保留Keep.dat檔案，將其他資料夾文件刪除
    7. 使用記事本的方式開啟Keep.dat檔案，刪除文件內的所有項目
    8. 重新啟動 Trend Micro Security Server Master service 服務
    9. 於Web主控台進行手動更新
