開啟 Debug：

  1. 使用 root 帳號登入 IWSVA。
  2. 編輯 /var/iwss/ISAGENT_MCP/Product.ini 檔案。
  3. 找到 Level=1 將數值修改為 3 並儲存檔案。
  4. 輸入指令重啟服務：
    # /usr/iwss/S99ISagent restart
  5. 手動收集連線封包：
    # tcpdump -s0 -w iwsva.cap TMCM_IP
  6. 操作註冊到 TMCM 的動作。
  7. 按下鍵盤 CTRL + C 停止封包收集。
  8. 收集以下檔案：
    • iwsva.cap (此檔案會產生在執行 tcpdump 指令的路徑下)

    • /var/iwss/ISAGENT_MCP/EntityMain.log file

    • /var/iwss/ISAGENT_MCP/Product.ini file

    • /var/iwss/ISAGENT_MCP/Agent.ini file
