為了解決此問題,需要重設 "kahadb":

  1. 進入命令提示字元視窗(cmd)輸入以下指令,停止 Trend Micro Security (for Mac)、ActiveMQ for Trend Micro Security 和 OfficeScan Plug-in Manager 服務

    net stop OfcAosMgr
    net stop TMSMMainService
    net stop ActiveMQ4TMSM

    如果無法停止 Trend Micro Security (for Mac) 服務代表授權正在更新中,需要先開啟工作管理員並停止 TMSMMainService.exe 程序。
  2. 進入 ..\Trend Micro\Officescan\Addon\TMSM\apache-activemq\data,將資料夾"kahadb"重新命名為"kahadb-backup"
  3. 進入 ..\Trend Micro\Officescan\Addon\TMSM\apache-activemq\data,將資料夾"localhost"重新命名為"localhost-backup"
  4. 執行 ..\Trend Micro\Officescan\Addon\TMSM\restart_TMSM.bat 重啟服務
    在執行 restart_TMSM.bat 之前請確認 SQL Server (TMSM) 服務是否有啟動。
  5. 重新進入 TMSM 管理主控台,確認問題是否排除
