啟動封包擷取：

1. 登入IWSVA主控台，前往Administration > Support > Network Packet Capturing頁面。

   

   點選圖片放大

2. 在 step 1底下，點選Add All

   

   點選圖片放大

3. 點選Start Capturing

   

   點選圖片放大

當問題重現後，請點擊 Stop Capturing 以結束網路封包的擷取。

產生並下載System Information File：

1. 登入 IWSVA 主控台，到 Administration > Support > System Information Files 頁面

   

   點選圖片放大

2. 在 Step 1 底下，點選 Generate System Information File

   

   點選圖片放大

3. 從 IWSVA 主控台下載網路封包抓包檔案和 CDT 檔案，並將資料提供給趨勢科技技術支援部門。
