To address the issue:

1. Go to the ..\PCCSRV folder in the WFBS Security Server directory and open for the ofcscan.ini file.
2. Under the [Global Setting] section, add the following parameter: TmfilterBypassDpmFilter=1
3. Save and close the ofcscan.ini file.
4. Perform a manual update on the security agent of the VM.
5. The Security Agent should automatically install the following registry key:
   Path: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TMFilter\Parameters]
   Key: BypassDpmFilter
   Type: dword
   Value: 1
6. Restart the Security Agent.
