Users would need to click Enable Extension to install a browser add-on in Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome to allow scanning of HTTPS websites should Web Reputation Services be enabled.

The pop-up should only appear once when user selects Enable Extension in the browser used. Users who have skipped this option and would want to manually enable the add-on can follow the steps in the KB article: Manually Enabling the Apex One (Mac) Browser Extension.

Though not recommended, customers who want the pop-up disabled can submit a case with Trend Micro Technical Support.
