To configure the WRS, do the following:

1. Log on to the TMEMS web console.
2. Go to Administration > Policy Objects > Web Reputation Approved List.
3. Click Add.
4. Specify the Domain, IP Address, or URL as the type.
5. Enter the domain or IP address or URL.
6. Select whether to bypass Web Reputation Services.
    

   This item will always bypass Time-of-Click Protection and Virtual Analyzer scanning.

    
7. Click Save.

If the URLs are still being rewritten even after adding them to the approved list, check if the recipient is using Microsoft Safe Links. For more information, go to Use the Microsoft 365 Defender portal to create Safe Link policies.
