When a new patch is available, a banner notification will appear on the dashboard.
Below are the methods you can choose to download and install the new patch:- Go to the Trend Micro Download Center page.
- Click Worry-Free Product Updates.
- Depending on your license, select Worry-Free Business Security - Advanced or Standard.
WFBS On-Premise code format:
Worry-Free Business Security - Standard: CS-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Worry-Free Business Security - Advanced: CM-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX - You will be redirected to Software Download Center page. Click on the Product Patch tab.
- Download the latest patch.
- Run the installer as administrator.
- Log in to the WFBS web console.
- Go to Administration > Product Update.
- Tick the Enable product update downloads checkbox.
- Set the action to Download and Install.
- You may set the action schedule to Immediately when a new package becomes available or choose your preferred time that a minimal impact to install the patch.
- Click Save.
