- Check if the correct steps are performed to register Deep Discovery Inspector
There are two ways to register Deep Discovery Inspector to TrendAI Vision One. One is to use Deep Discovery Director On-Premises and the other one is to use Network Inventory service in TrendAI Vision One. Trend Micro recommends using Network Inventory service to register Deep Discovery Inspector. For more details, check Enabling TrendAI Vision One integration in Deep Discovery Inspector
In case you want to switch the registering way from using the Deep Discovery Director On-Premises to the Network Inventory service, follow steps 1 and 2 (step 3 is optional) described in Deep Discovery Inspector and Service Gateway integration via TrendAI Vision One. - Check the necessary URLs and ports are allowed on your firewall rules

TrendAI Vision One related services should be reachable. - Unregister and re-register Deep Discovery InspectorThis step can be performed when the Deep Discovery Inspector is registered using the Network Inventory service only. If the above steps cannot solve the issue, try to unregister Deep Discovery Inspector from TrendAI Vision One once then re-register Deep Discovery Inspector again.
Below are two ways that Deep Discovery Inspector can be unregistered:
- Log on to TrendAI Vision One console, go to NETWORK SECURITY OPERATIONS > NETWORK INVENTORY.

- Select Deep Discovery Inspector then click Disconnect button.

- Confirmation message appears. Click Disconnect button.

- Deep Discovery Inspector disappears from the Network Inventory page.

- Logon to the Deep Discovery Inspector web console, go to Administration > Integrated Products/Services > TrendAI Vision One. Check that Deep Discovery Inspector is not registered to TrendAI Vision One.

- Register Deep Discovery Inspector to TrendAI Vision One again. For more detailed steps refer to article Configuring Deep Discovery Inspector to integrate with TrendAI Vision One using Network Inventory Service.
- Logon to Deep Discovery Inspector web console, go to Administration > Integrated Products/Services > TrendAI Vision One.
- Click Unregister button.

- Deep Discovery Inspector is not registered to the TrendAI Vision One.

- Logon to TrendAI Vision One console, go to NETWORK SECURITY OPERATIONS > NETWORK INVENTORY.
The Deep Discovery Inspector should not appear on Network Inventory page.

- Register Deep Discovery Inspector to TrendAI Vision One again. For more detailed steps, refer to article Configuring Deep Discovery Inspector to integrate with TrendAI Vision One using Network Inventory Service
- Log on to TrendAI Vision One console, go to NETWORK SECURITY OPERATIONS > NETWORK INVENTORY.

- Deep Discovery Inspector version
- Company Name and Company ID in TrendAI Vision One
They can be viewed in TrendAI Vision One console > Account icon > Company Profile
