To address the issue, the following should be added to the Real-time Scan and Behavior Monitoring exclusions:

  • C:\Users\*\NTUSER.DAT
  • C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat
  • C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT
  • C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\NTUSER.DAT
  • C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DAT
To add exclusion, you may refer to the following articles: In addition, reports have indicated that issues may arise from conflicting processes related to the MyHP app. If users experience problems despite the configured exclusions,  kindly try to uninstall the MyHP app and check if the issue will persist.
