Enhancements have been placed for Trend Micro Apex One as a Service Data Loss Prevention during the last maintenance schedule and may clear the whitelists set in the user machine.
The following resolution is advised to rectify the concern:
- Log in to Trend Micro Apex One as a Service or Trend Vision One Standard Endpoint Protection.
- Go to Policies > Policy Management.
- Change Product to Apex One Data Loss Prevention.
- Select the associated policy.
- Click on Deploy.
- Wait for the policy to be deployed.
- Restart the user machine.
Trend Micro takes these issues very seriously and are currently working on a fix to prevent removal of configured whitelists.
