Primary User Account and Web Console Access
When provisioning Trend Vision One, it would require the Administrator to set a Primary User Account (in email format) which is used to manage product activation and access to all product web console.
Worry-Free Services web console
Login to Worry-Free Services web console using your Primary User Account sign-in credentials depending on your Region:
- North America and other regions: https://wfbs-svc-nabu.trendmicro.com/saml/login?svc_name=wfbs-svc&tenant_id=TM&svc_id=1#/dashboard
- Europe, Middle East and Africa region: https://wfbs-svc-emea.trendmicro.com/saml/login?tenant_id=TM&roles=
Trend Vision One
To navigate to Worry-Free Services web console, follow the steps below:
- Login to Trend Vision One: https://signin.v1.trendmicro.com/ using your Primary User Account.
- Go to Administration > License Information > Select the Product License and click Open Console

Primary User Account is used to single sign-on to Worry-Free web console from Trend Vision One License Information app.
- You cannot edit, disable, or delete the Primary User Account.
- You can Transfer Ownership of the Primary User Account to a Local Account within the same Business Name. For more information, refer to the documentation below: Transferring ownership of the Primary User Account
- Other than the situation above, you may need to contact Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance on changing Primary User Account. For more information, refer to the documentation below: Changing Primary User Account in Trend Vision One
Worry-Free Local User Account and Web Console Access
To navigate to the Worry-Free Services web console, follow the steps below:
- Login to Worry-Free Services web console using your Worry-Free Local User Account sign-in credentials depending on your Region:
- North America and other regions: https://wfbs-svc-nabu.trendmicro.com/
- Europe, Middle East and Africa region: https://wfbs-svc-emea.trendmicro.com/
- The Primary User Account can add Worry-Free Local User Accounts under Worry-Free Services web console > Administration > User Accounts.

- After providing the required account information, an email notification is sent to the registered email address of the assigned Worry-Free Local User Account. The user must take action to complete the account activation process.

License Activation
Self-managed customers activating new Worry-Free Business Security Services and EDR Add-on licenses will receive an Activation Link instead of a Registration Key for license activation.

Self-managed customers activating Worry-Free Business Security Services and EDR Add-on licenses on an existing account will also receive an Activation Link instead of a Registration Key for license activation.

Trend Vision One > Administration > License Information app will replace Customer Licensing Portal for customers to manage product licenses.

Self-managed customers can activate multiple Worry-Free Business Security Services and EDR Add-on licenses using the same Primary User Account.
Login to Worry-Free Services web console using your Primary User Account sign-in credentials depending on your Region to access multiple Worry-Free Business Security Services web console:

- The Worry-Free Business Security Services Available Instances screen only supports to display the available instances within in the same region. The instances in other regions will not be shown unless the corresponding WFBS-SVC web console URL for that region is accessed.
- The Primary User Account cannot view different Worry-Free instances web console at the same time in one browser.
- The Worry-Free Local User Account belongs to a designated Worry-Free instance and will not be able to login in other instances.
Each Worry-Free license provisions one Worry-Free instance. If there are multiple Worry-Free instances within the Trend Vision One Business, customers must assign the Worry-Free Business Security Services EDR Add-on license to a specific Worry-Free instance in order to activate the Worry-Free EDR feature through the Trend Vision One > Administration > License Information app.
In order to use the CREM feature and integrate Worry-Free Business Security Services with Trend Vision One to forward detection logs and Security Agent information to Trend Vision One, self-managed customers may follow the steps below:
- Login to the Trend Vision One web console using your Primary User Account where you will be using CREM feature.
- Once logged in to Trend Vision One, go to Service Management > Product Instance and click Add Existing Product.

- The Product Connection screen will appear, click Select an existing product and select Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services under Instance Type.

- Select Click generate the enrollment token.

- An enrollment token will be generated.
- Under Trend Vision One > Administration > License Information > Select the target Worry-Free Business Security Services and click Open Console to Single Sign-On to its web console.
- Once logged in to Worry-Free Business Security Services web console, go to TREND VISION ONE section.

- Paste the generated enrollment token from the Trend Vision One web console (step 6.a) to register under Trend Vision One Integration Settings > Registration and click Register.

- Service status show as Registered after successful registration.

- The newly connected Product instance will reflect under Trend Vision One > Service Management > Product Instance
