Worry-Free Business Security Services 6.7
Starting from Android 7, Device admins can no longer use the mechanism used by the WFBS-SVC web console to change ones that are already set. Device admins can still set a password, but only when the device has no password, PIN, or pattern.
Android 10 stopped receiving Security Updates on March 6, 2023 and reset password mechanism used by the WFBS-SVC web console has been fully deprecated starting from Android 11 to all future versions. As such, Trend Micro has decided to remove the “Password Reset” option for Worry-Free Business Security.
