- What is the EOL date?
The EOL date will be whichever one of the following comes first:
- December 31, 2027
- VMWare's end-of-support date for NSX-4.X
NXS-4.X is VMware’s newly released version in October of 2022. This DSVA EOL KB article will be updated once VMware announces the final end-of-support date of NSX 4.X. - What exactly happens after the EOL date?
After the EOL date, the support services for DSVA will no longer be available. This also means that Trend Micro will no longer develop patches or hot fixes for DSVA.

For new customers, it is highly suggested to use agent-based protection. - Will DSVA support VMware vSphere 8?
Yes, DSVA version 20.0 supports Agentless Solution for VMware vSphere 8 and vCenter 8 with NSX-T 4.1 integration.
- Is there an alternative operating system for DSVA after the end-of-life of CentOS 7?
No, DSVA will remain as it is until it reaches its own end-of-life.
- Where are Trend Micro’s EOL dates posted?
Customers may find a list of all currently supported versions and their EOL date (if announced) in the article, Supported Trend Micro Products. This article is periodically updated as new versions are released and new EOL dates are added.
