當登入 Trend Vision One 主控臺且 Email Security 已完成佈署時，在啟用 Cloud Email Gateway Protection 之前需要注意下列條件。

若符合以下任一條件，Cloud Email Gateway Protection 將無法使用，且這些相關功能在 Cloud Email Gateway Protection 中不受支援：

  • 您的 Trend Micro Email Security 具有管理特定網域的子帳戶。
  • 您的 Trend Micro Email Security 站台與目前的 Trend Vision One 站台不同。
  • 您的 Trend Micro Email Security 由 Trend Micro Remote Manager 管理。
  • 您的 Trend Micro Email Security 授權已到期，且距離到期日已超過 30 天。

只有當 Email Security 位於 Vision One 主控臺的 Product Connectors（以 Poseidon 為基礎）或位於 Vision One 主控臺的 Product Instances（以 Foundation 為基礎）中，才會顯示 Email Security 的藍色橫幅或促銷橫幅。

登入 Trend Vision One 主控臺並前往 Email and Collaboration Security Operations。

開始佈署流程：

  1. 登入 Trend Vision One 主控臺並前往 Email and Collaboration Security Operations。
  2. 按一下 Provision Cloud Email Gateway Protection，然後依照隨後的螢幕指示進行。

當 Email Security 已連線至以 Foundation 為基礎的 Trend Vision One 時，其子帳戶可依下列步驟升級為 Trend Vision One 的本機帳戶：

  1. 使用 Email Security 子帳戶登入 Email Security Administration 主控臺。
  2. 會顯示帳戶需要更新的通知，且在更新後將無法再使用 Email Security。按一下 Continue。

  3. Trend Vision One 會要求您輸入一個電子郵件地址以登入主控臺。

  4. 依使用的電子郵件地址可能出現三種情境。請點選適用於您的情境以繼續：

若所提供的電子郵件地址不是 Trend Vision One 的本機帳戶，將會觸發本情境。

若要繼續升級，請執行以下步驟：

  1. 驗證碼將會傳送至所提供的電子郵件地址。請在 Step 2 分頁輸入該驗證碼。

  2. 在 Step 3 分頁建立新密碼，然後按一下 Reset Password。

    將會出現密碼重設成功的通知。

若所提供的電子郵件地址已屬於 Trend Vision One 的本機帳戶，且您希望加以合併，將會出現本情境。

請依下列步驟繼續：

  1. 在 "User account already exists" 通知上，按一下 Merge Accounts。

  2. 輸入該帳戶的密碼，然後按一下 Verify。

合併帳戶後，Trend Vision One 本機帳戶將同時擁有其原始角色與由 Email Security 子帳戶權限衍生的自訂角色，因而出現「Role Conflict」狀態。Trend Vision One 本機帳戶可正常運作，且原始角色會具有優先權。

若所提供的電子郵件地址已屬於 Trend Vision One 的本機帳戶，但您想改用其他電子郵件地址，將會出現本情境。

  1. 在 "User account already exists" 通知上，按一下 Use another email address。

  2. 系統會帶您返回 "Update your sign-in account" 頁面。請輸入電子郵件地址。

  3. 驗證碼將會傳送至所提供的電子郵件地址。請在 Step 2 分頁輸入該驗證碼。

  4. 在 Step 3 分頁建立新密碼，然後按一下 Reset Password。

  • 現在可使用該子帳戶登入 Trend Vision One 主控臺，依 Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) 設定狀態，可能有以下情況：
    • 若 Trend Vision One 的 MFA 為 DISABLED，您將可直接登入。
    • 若 Trend Vision One 的 MFA 為 ENABLED，請依下列步驟進行：
      1. 在 Enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) 視窗中，請選擇下列其中一項：
        • 按一下 My device supports scanning QR codes。
        • 選擇 My device does not support scanning QR code。

      2. 依螢幕指示產生一次性密碼，輸入一次性密碼後按一下 Next。
      3. Trend Vision One 會通知您已啟用 MFA，並提供重設代碼供日後需要停用 MFA 時使用。保留該代碼後勾選核取方塊，然後按一下 Done。
