The error occurs because the necessary plug-ins cannot be found in the /SuSE_11.x86_64 directory.

There are instances when the installation of Anti-Malware and Web Reputation repeatedly fails on a SUSE 11 server machine. This happens on a machine running Agent 9.6.2-7256.
The following error event is displayed:
