Login error is encountered in REFINITIV EIKON when Trend Micro Web Security (TMWS) Enforcement Agent is enabled

Exporting logs with more than 5000 rows from the Trend Micro Web Security (TMWS) console
This article discusses limitation in exporting logs from TMWS console. We can export logs up to 5000 rows only. Based on the current implementation of TMWS, it is difficult to support functions including exporting large chunk of logs.Unfortunately, our back-end team no longer support manually exporting logs with more than 5000 rows. Should there be a need to export logs with more than 5000 rows, you can upgrade to TMWS Advance License, to get the syslog feature which enables log query more than the maximum limit.

Logs for on-premises gateways in Trend Micro Web Security (TMWS)
TMWS on-premises gateway preserves raw logs locally and uploads log statistics to TMWS cloud for dashboard widget and report generation. Raw logs are sent to cloud only when users conduct (on-demand) raw log query on cloud console. That is, when on-premises gateway is disconnected from network, raw log query in cloud console will not successfully retrieve any on-premises log data.
