If you are unable to automatically download and update the pattern files on your Normal/Scan servers, do the following:
- Download the latest pattern file.
- Stop the Trend ServerProtect service.
- Copy the pattern file to the Normal/Scan servers.
- ...\Trend\SProtect directory - 32-bit Normal/Scan server
- ...\Trend\SProtect\x64 directory - 64-bit Normal/Scan server
- Start the Trend ServerProtect service.
