Do the following:

  1. Unload SPNW from the NetWare System Console by running this command:

    SPNW

  2. Delete the volume or files on NetWare:
    • SYS:\SYSTEM\SPNW.NCF
    • SYS:\SProtect
    • SYS:\Login\SProtect
  3. Reboot the NetWare machine.
  4. Delete the following SPNW entries in the Information Server registry.
     
    Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
    • HKLM\Software\TrendMicro\SeverProtect\InformationServer
    • HKLM\Software\TrendMicro\SeverProtect\NW
  5. Restart the management console.
