You are unable to log in to Deep Security Manager most likely because there is no connection between the Deep Security Manager and the Microsoft SQL Server.
To clear the counters in Deep Security Manager:
- Open a command line window on your Deep Security Manager host.
- Change directory to where Deep Security Manager is installed. For example:
cd c:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Manager
- Run the following command to reset your counters:
dsm_c -action resetcounters
