The status message usually appears when the Deep Security Agent installation has failed or has not been completed.
To resolve this issue:
- Run the Deep Security installer again to repair the program.
- Activate the agent again.
If the issue still persists, do the following:
- Use the msiexec command to install DSA:
msiexec /i path to Agent.msi /L*v c:\dsa_install.log
- Provide dsa_install.log to Trend Micro Technical Support.
