Summary
After installing the Messaging Security Agent (MSA) of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) Advanced, the Microsoft Exchange Transport Service of Exchange 2007 stopped and cannot be started.
Upon checking the application event log, the following appears:

To start the Exchange Transport service:
Make sure that the following groups/users have the specified permissions on the Program Files folder where the SMEX/MSA is installed:
- Local Administrator, System and Creator Owner: Full Control (Allow)
- Users or Authenticated Users: Read and Execute (Allow)
- Network Service with Full Control
You may need to restart the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants service for the mails to start coming in/out.
If the issue persists:
- Download and run the CDT utility on the target host machine.
- Collect the CDT logs and send them to Trend Micro Technical Support.
