To start the Exchange Transport service:

Make sure that the following groups/users have the specified permissions on the Program Files folder where the SMEX/MSA is installed:
  • Local Administrator, System and Creator Owner: Full Control (Allow)
  • Users or Authenticated Users: Read and Execute (Allow)
  • Network Service with Full Control
 
You may need to restart the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants service for the mails to start coming in/out.

If the issue persists:

  1. Download and run the CDT utility on the target host machine.
  2. Collect the CDT logs and send them to Trend Micro Technical Support.
