To back up or restore the database and configuration files manually:
Back up the database
Note: By default the Security Server is set to automatically backup client database information weekly. This process copies all database files under : \Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB.
  1. On the Security Server, stop the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
  2. Open Task Manager and stop if there are ofcservice.exe and dbserver.exe processes:
    1. Click Start > Run.
    2. Type taskmgr.exe.
    3. Click OK.
    4. End the ofcservice.exe and dbserver.exe processes.
  3. Copy the ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB folder to your back up directory.
  4. Start the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
Restore the database
  1. On the Security Server, stop the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
  2. Open Task Manager and stop if there are ofcservice.exe and dbserver.exe processes:
    1. Click Start > Run.
    2. Type taskmgr.exe.
    3. Click OK.
    4. End the ofcservice.exe and dbserver.exe processes.
  3. 3. Copy the backup files over the existing database files in the ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\HTTPDB folder.
  4. Start the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
