To reset the counter:

1. Login to the WFBS web console.
2. Go to Reports > Maintenance > Manual Log Deletion.
3. Under Desktops/Servers section, change the number of days in the Delete Logs Older Than section for Virus logs to "0".
4. Click Delete to reset the counter for the specific log.

   

To reset the virus counter:

1. Log on to the WFBS console.
2. Click Live Status.
3. Click Antivirus to show the details.

4. Click the number of the incidents detail.

5. On the next page, click Reset Counter.

6. Click OK when asked if you want to reset the counter.

7. Go back to the Live Status page. The Virus menu is now in green status.
