To turn off AEGIS and firewall services:

  1. Log on to the OfficeScan management console.
  2. For OfficeScan 11.0 and XG, go to Agents > Agent Management.

    For OfficeScan 10.6 and below, go to Networked Computers > Client Management.

  3. Select the Domain/Group/specific machine from the list.
  4. Click Settings > Additional Service Settings.

    For AEGIS (Behavior Monitoring Service): Under Unauthorized Change Prevention Service, deselect Enable Service for the following Operating Systems.

    For Firewall: Under Firewall Service, deselect Enable Service for the following Operating Systems.

  5. Click Save.
