This option is no longer applicable for later versions.
After WFBS 10 SP1, the scan engine will be updated to the latest version through regular patch release.
 

In order to update the scan engine on the security agent side, you may need to create a technical support case to retrieve needed files from Trend Micro.

Collect CDT logs, and create a backup copy of C:/Program Files(x86)/Security Server/PCCSRV/Download folder and attach it to the support case opened. This will be used by our back-end team as reference to provide the files needed in updating scan engine

The web console provides a way to rollback one version given that the the server has an older version. Go to Updates > Rollback.

Manually rolling back patterns and scan engines is not recommended as the Security Server uses the scan engine most compatible to the current version of the product; however, you may apply changes as needed depending on the situation.
