To update the serial number:
- In the domain browser tree, select the Normal Server with the serial number you want to update.
- On the main menu, click Do > Update Serial.
The Enter New Serial Number window appears.
- Type or enter the new serial number in the New serial number text box.
- Click OK.
In case the Activation Code that you are trying to enter is invalid, contact the local Trend Micro Reseller who provided your AC. If you are having issues accessing the ServerProtect management console, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
