To retrieve the lost AC, log on to your Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) account.

You can also check your WFBS web console to see where your AC is listed. To find the AC using the console, refer to this article: Checking the activation code, product version, build, pattern file and the scan engine versions of WFBS.

If you are unable to locate your AC using the above steps, contact Trend Micro Technical Support or Trend Micro Customer Service and provide the information below. Our Technical Support team will assist you in retrieving your lost AC:

  • Account number (if any)
  • Company Name
  • Customer Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • License Certificate (if you want to change the email address in the OLR Account)
