To generate the HijackThis logs:

1. Download the HijackThis tool to your desktop.
2. Run the HijackThis tool. Do one of the following:

   If you downloaded the executable file:

   1. Double-click HijackThis.exe.
   2. Read and accept the End-User License Agreement.
   3. Click Do a system scan and save log file.
   If you downloaded the installer:
   1. Click Start > Program Files > HijackThis.
   2. Click Do a system scan and save log file.

A text file named hijackthis.log will appear and will be automatically saved on the desktop.

If you have an existing case, attach the log as a reply to the engineer who handles it.
