To resolve the issue:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Log on to the WFBS console.
- Refresh the webpage or press F5 on your keyboard.
- Log on to the WFBS-SVC portal.
If the issue persists, contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the following:
- Activation Code
- User log-in name
- Time the issue happened and region you are in
- Screenshot (include the URL part )
