To resolve the issue:

  2. Log on to the WFBS console.
  3. Refresh the webpage or press F5 on your keyboard.
  4. Log on to the WFBS-SVC portal.

If the issue persists, contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the following:

  • Activation Code
  • User log-in name
  • Time the issue happened and region you are in
  • Screenshot (include the URL part )
