You may follow these steps:

  1. Log on to Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM) web console.
  2. Go to Customers.
  3. Select the target customer
  4. Click Delete.
     
    All products must be removed from the selected customer before the customer can be deleted. Once customer accounts are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
