Summary

ServerProtect 5.8 introduced a feature to exclude any file based on extension. However, you may encounter issues where you cannot set this extension exclusion in NW platforms.

The following error message would appear:

"The version of ServerProtect installed in the target server is older than that in Management Console. Please upgrade it in order to use new features."
