To prevent the uninstallation of McAfee ePO agent when installing or upgrading OfficeScan client:
- On the OfficeScan server, go to the ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Officescan\PCCSRV\Admin folder.
- Look for and back up the tmuninst.ptn file.
- Open the file using a text editor like Notepad. Comment out the entries below with a semicolon (;).
