To change the OfficeScan client/agent communication port:

On the OfficeScan Server

  1. Stop the OfficeScan Master Service.
    1. Click Start and select Run.
    2. Type "services.msc".
    3. Right-click the OfficeScan Master Service.
    4. Click Stop.
  2. Launch Windows Explorer and go to the <Officescan Server Installation Directory>\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV folder.
  3. Create a backup a copy of ofcscan.ini file.
  4. Open the ofcscan.ini file using a text editor such as Notepad.
  5. Under [INI_SERVER_SECTION], note the values of the following:

    Master_DomainName
    Master_DomainPort

  6. Under [INI_CLIENT_SECTION], replace the value of the "Client_LocalServer_Port" with your desired Client communication port number.
  7. Restart the OfficeScan Master Service.
