After creating and assigning a service plan to a customer, you can modify the following:
- Units per license
- License expiration date
- Auto-renewal settings including the license period for renewals
- The expiration notification
To modify a customer’s service plan:
- Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
- On the navigation bar, go to Users & Licenses > Customers.

Locate and click the customer in the table.
If there are changes to the product suite components you cannot make changes to the assigned service plan until you update the service plans. For more information, refer to: Verifying Updated Service Plans. - Go to the Licenses tab and select the service plan you want to modify.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
