To edit a customer account:
- Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
- On the navigation bar, go to Users & Licenses > Customers.
- Locate and click the customer Company name in the table.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Locate and click the Account name in the table.
- Modify the necessary settings.
- Click Save.
To edit a partner account:
- Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
- On the navigation bar, go to Users & Licenses > Partners.
- Locate and click the partner Company name in the table.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Locate and click the Account name in the table.
- Modify the necessary settings.
- Click Save.
