To edit a customer account:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. On the navigation bar, go to Users & Licenses Customers.
  3. Locate and click the customer Company name in the table.
  4. Click the Accounts tab.
  5. Locate and click the Account name in the table.
  6. Modify the necessary settings.
  7. Click Save.

To edit a partner account:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. On the navigation bar, go to Users & Licenses Partners.
  3. Locate and click the partner Company name in the table.
  4. Click the Accounts tab.
  5. Locate and click the Account name in the table.
  6. Modify the necessary settings.
  7. Click Save.
