If you do not know your role in LMP, you can determine your role by logging in to the console. You can identify the user's role based on the following:

Tier-1 role: In the navigation menu, you can see Create Customer, Create Partner, Create Service Plan and Export Customer Summary.

Tier-2 Reseller role: In the navigation menu, you can only see Create Customer.

Tier-2 MSP role: In the navigation menu, you can see Create Customer, Create Service Plan and Export Customer Summary.

End-customer role: The user has no navigation menu, but he can see Registered Products/Services section on the page.
