- Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
- On the navigation bar, go to Users and Licenses > Customers.
- Locate and click the company in the table.
- On the Licenses tab, click Assign Individual Service Plan.

Select a service plan from the drop-down list.
If the selected service plan and the current service plans associated with this customer contain duplicate licenses a crossgrade is required to resolve the conflict. Refer to Suite Crossgrade for more details. -
Specify the number of units to assign to each license.
The type of unit depends on the type of product or service the plan is for. - Specify the license start date.
- Click Save. License Management Platform assigns the service plan to the customer.
