To resolve this issue, make sure that the SQL account used by Deep Security is configured to English.

For example, the Spanish SQL should be configured by doing the following:

  1. Open the SQL Management Studio.
  2. Go to Seguridad (Security) > Inicios de session (Session startup).
  3. Right-click the SQL account used by Deep Security to log in, and then click Propiedades (Properties).
  4. In the General tab, set Idioma predeterminado (Default Language) to English.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart the Trend Micro Deep Security Manager service.

For other languages,please adjust accordingly.
